The Q Install in-wall series offers a wide selection of speakers that cater to the needs of home theatre enthusiasts who demand superior performance from their loudspeakers. The Left/Centre/Right 6.5″ in-wall speaker is a standout product in this series, featuring Q Install’s top-of-the-line Nano Particle mass-damped polypropylene low-frequency drive units that deliver low distortion and high transient power capability. Additionally, the speakers boast swivel-capable silk dome mesh-protected tweeters that enable fine system tuning and high-frequency level adjustment. The low-profile magnetic grilles make installation a breeze, while the optimized whole geometries ensure smooth frequency transitions.
High-order crossovers are used to ensure a seamless transition between frequencies on the two and three-way units. The mid-range frequency response has been carefully tuned to ensure that speech remains clear at all times, while all sources of coloration have been minimized. The installation depth required for all units is kept to a minimum, making it extremely flexible for installers.
The Q Install series offers various options, including an 8″ and 6.5″ two-way full-range unit and a D’Appolito array LCR that works exceptionally well as a center channel. The passive 8″ sub provides additional bass extension when paired with an appropriate A/V receiver and power amplifier, complementing the full-range units.
