The Polk Audio RC6S is a high-quality 6.5″ stereo ceiling speaker, offering big stereo sound perfect where space is a premium.
The Polk Audio RC6S Stereo In-Ceiling Speaker provides a rich widespread stereo signal from one overhead location. This makes it perfect for smaller areas where space is a premium, such as a bathroom, hallways, small bedrooms and even porches.
Sound Quality
The Polk Audio RC6S features 2x 3/4″ Tweeters and 1x 6.5″ Woofer Dome. Combined with the crossover, this ensures a full-range listening experience with the tweeters driving the high-frequency range and the woofer driving the mid-range frequencies.
The tweeters are angles to provide a nice stereo spread, and they can be adjusted to cover any listening area.
With infinite baffle tuning, RCi speakers utilize the ceiling space to enhance their bass response and smooth low frequency blending with the mid & high frequencies. The RC6S is also timbre-matched to other Polk speakers to insure utterly seamless blending.
Build & Construction
The RC6S houses rustproof stainless steel hardware, durable butyl rubber surrounds and powder-coated aluminium grilles, making them suitable for use in a bathroom or under eaves in a porch. The grilles can also be painted to suit the decor of any room.
The Polk Audio RC6S comes with a 5-Year warranty offering cover for any unlikely faults which may occur.
