Pendeford Chip Frying Basket For 20cm (8” Inch) Pan
The Pendeford chip basket is a traditional styled chip frying basket that measures 13.5 x 33.5 x 18cm.
This wire basket has small holes to stop the chips falling through during cooking or when being shaken to drain. Simply slice potatoes into chips and place into the basket before lowering into hot oil to produce delicious home-made chips.
The basket can also be used for frying other foods such as spring rolls, samosas, doughnuts and fish and makes removing them from the hot oil safe and easy.
