Global presents this 20cm GU-01 Chef’s Knife as part of their UKON Knife collection. Created using Cromova 18 stainless steel with a thicker blade for added strength, each blade has an acute 15-degree cutting edge that is 10% sharper, there is also an ambidextrous thumb rest for added comfort.

Created using premium stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel. -

Ukon blades are subjected to enhanced grinding and finishing work allowing them to be 10% sharper out of the box. -
Ambidextrous Thumb Rest
The ambidextrous thumb rest provides greater comfort and efficiency during use by sitting closer to the blade. -
