Fat Adam’s Classic Old Fashioned with Bourbon
My take on the classic Old Fashioned is built with Buffalo Trace bourbon, Maple Syrup and a mix of different bitters
The Old Fashioned has been my Spring, Autumn and Winter go to for as long as I can remember. My version uses Buffalo Trace, the same distillery that makes the eye watering expensive and rare Pappy Van Winkle, smooth with a great flavour. Buffalo is great value for money, they spend far less on advertising, yet make a sweet and spicy bourbon that is very approachable. A perfect base for my Classic Old Fashioned.
