Blond and Cornish Sea Salt Hot Chocolate
Using the finest Peruvian organic cocoa butter to give their perfect texture, we slowly toast milk powder which adds a perfect nutty caramel flavor. It is then paired with Cornish sea salt which we grind into the chocolate itself which gives a lovely rounded flavour.
Serving instructions:
1. Add 25g of chocolate nuggets to 200ml of milk, put on a medium heat and bring to the boil while whisking.
2. If you like a lighter hot chocolate use 250ml milk.
3. If you like a thick Italian-style hot chocolate use 150ml milk.
