Atlas Sound TSD-TXHL – 100V & 4 Ohm Speaker Level to Line Level Converter

The Atlas Sound TSD-TXHL is a handy device that can convert a 100V Line or low impedance (down to 4 Ohm) speaker level signal to a line-level signal.
This is ideal for routing an audio signal to other devices such as an active subwoofer or amplifier, when your primary amplifier doesn’t have a line output. It’s also great for connecting devices such as these when the primary amplifier is too far away for a normal line-level signal.
The TSD-TXHL is a passive unit meaning no external power is required and features a volume control to adjust the volume to your liking. There is a switch to toggle between your speaker level input (4 Ohm, 25V, 70V and 100V), and phoenix terminals to connect the speaker inputs and output.
Example:
An example could be an amplifier in a storage room, and a subwoofer in the front of house. It may be impractical to connect a normal line-level signal due to the distance between the two devices, however a feed from a nearby speaker could be routed to the subwoofer, with the TSD-TXHL connecting them.
