The Apollo rotary grater is a simple and safe to use alternative to traditional metal graters. The entire unit measures 20 x 5.3cm and weighs 209g so is lightweight and easy to store in even small kitchens. The enclosed grating drum ensures fingers remain safe and cut free while still giving excellent grating performance. This item can also be used to grate other foods such as carrots to be used in salads and features rounded finger slots so is comfortable to use. Once finished simply remove the stainless steel drum and wash all parts in hot soapy water.
